Role Overview
We seek a proactive Business Development Specialist to expand our charging footprint.
You’ll take full ownership from lead generation to deal closure, work directly with the founding team, and grow alongside a startup scaling nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end business development cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and manage partnerships with B2B clients (real estate, fleets, auto dealers, etc.) and B2C leads
- Pitch integrated charging solutions (hardware + software)
- Collaborate with founders on go-to-market and expansion strategies
Potential Profile
- English proficiency (TOEIC > 700)
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Background in Business, Engineering, Renewables, or Finance preferred
- Comfortable with technical and financial discussions
- Passionate about EVs, sustainability, and startup innovation
